UP monogram UNREASONABLEPROCUREMENT
Outsourced Procurement. Backing British and Local Suppliers.

Expect an unreasonable amount of service.

Unreasonable Procurement gives growing food service and hospitality businesses the buying power, supplier relationships and systems of an in-house procurement team — without the cost of building one. British and local first, transparent to the penny.

Welcoming clients now who want to back local and British suppliers
What we stand for

An extension of your team — and a true partner to your suppliers.

What we are

A local, British supply-chain partner. We manage your Food, Retail, Drinks and Indirect spend end to end — negotiating with a best-in-class supplier network and connecting farmers and producers directly to your kitchens. We bring the system that ties all operational needs together.

All categories, one partner. We grow only as you grow.

Why it works

Two decades inside the country's biggest hospitality businesses taught us what "local" really means — and what growing operators are missing. Continued inflation punishes fragmented, sub-scale buying; we get ahead of it with insight bespoke to your menus, SKUs and pricing.

And because our fee is fully transparent and shared back with suppliers as volumes grow, everyone's incentives point the same way: yours.

Suppliers as partners

Suppliers matter to us as much as clients do. Our fee is transparent to them too — and a share of every fee goes back to suppliers as volumes grow, rewarding the partnership, not just the transaction.

For British farmers and producers, that means a genuine route into growing operators, championed by a team that speaks hospitality.

Radical transparency

How our fee works — no hidden margins, ever.

Supplier price

We negotiate the best cost and product quality through our strong supplier partnerships.

+ UP fee

A transparent cost-plus fee is added — agreed with you upfront.

You pay all-in

One clear invoice. You see exactly what you pay, supplier by supplier.

Supplier remits

The supplier returns our fee — and shares in it as volumes grow.

One deliberately unreasonable standard of service sits behind it all — for clients and suppliers alike.
